My Widal test report is S typhi O (+1/40, +1/80), S typhi H (+1/40). Rest all are negative. Is any symptom of typhoid?

Titers of 1:80 are borderline. If no symptoms, this could be past exposure. Monitor for fever, weakness, or consult doctor for antibiotics.
