My wife is 12 weeks pregnant. Her blood pressure is normal. Her urine report shows albumin ++. Sugar report is normal. Please tell me if there is anything to worry about. I have attached the blood report. Please guide me on what to do next?

Albumin ++ in urine may suggest early signs of kidney stress or preeclampsia risk, though BP is normal. Not critical now, but needs monitoring. Ensure hydration and rest.
