My wife is 26 and got COVID-19 back in September, which later led to pneumonia. The pneumonia just wouldn't go away, and after some tests, we found out it's actually Pulmonary TB. She's been on a 6-month medication course for the past 3 months. But she's so weak all the time and vomits a lot, like, almost every time she eats, she throws up in about 30 minutes. How long do you think this will last? It's honestly really worrying.

View allI'm really struggling with this persistent wet cough and the pain it's causing in my chest. Every time the seasons change, it's the same routine: blocked nose, runny nose, and that horrible itch in my throat that makes me want to cough all the time. I got my X-ray and PFT done, but everything came back normal, which is frustrating because my throat just constantly feels heavy, like it's never clear. I really wish I could solve this for good. Unfortunately, there's no chest specialist in my area. Could you please give me some advice on what I can do?

I'm really worried because my recent chest X-ray showed a white shadow, and I've been having some breathing issues. It seems to get worse when I'm running or being active. What could this mean, and should I be concerned about the white shadow on my X-ray?
