No,one pill is sufficient for 72 hours .If you will take another it can lead to hormonal changes and period will be delayed.

That could be due to retained products of conception,you need to take one more course of the tablets,visit Gynaecologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I've just started taking Primolut N 5 mg twice a day to delay my period, but it still began today. I'm not sure if I should keep taking the pills or stop. Since your period has already started, its likely best to stop taking the Primolut-N. The tablets youve already taken may have a mild effect on the flow and duration, but they wont stop your period now.
