My wife got diagnosed with TB back in March, and we've been on top of her treatment with a combo of meds like rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide according to her weight. Her haemoglobin levels are pretty low at around 8, plus she's dealing with an iron deficiency, so she's taking iron supplements, folic acid, and vitamin C as well. But for the past 10 days, she's been experiencing pain in her back and around her neck, and I'm just really concerned. Could this be something like TB of the spine? If that's what it is, and she's already on TB meds, what do we do next? What other tests should she possibly have aside from the LFT? Would love some guidance on this.

View allI'm a non-smoker and had a case of tuberculosis back in 2015. For the last 1.8 years, I've been dealing with a buildup of phlegm, and I just found out my IgE level is 489 IUml. Could this mean I'm dealing with asthma, COPD, chronic bronchitis, or something else? I'm really worried about whether this could cause more damage to my lungs over time. What do you think?
do pulmonary function test, chest x ray

I'm 55 and I've been having more and more of a cough lately, especially when I'm on the phone or talking to others. I've tried using cough syrup with dextromethorphan hydrobromide and gargling with salt water, but I'm not seeing much improvement. What should I do next?
