My wife has been on Akurit4 for her TB treatment, and it seemed to be going well, but now, on the 15th day, she's got this fever of 102 again. Is this something that happens during TB treatments? When can we expect the fever to go away?

I recently tested positive for COVID-19 on April 16th and after treatment, I got a negative result on May 8th. However, I'm now experiencing some breathing issues. My average O2 saturation levels are around 97-98. Should I be considering any kind of scan or is there something specific I should be doing?

I'm anxious because my X-rays and all my other tests like blood work, ECG, endoscopy, and more came back normal. Ive been dealing with anxiety for about six months too. Could the CT findings be something to worry about?
