My wife has been on Akurit4 for her TB treatment, and it seemed to be going well, but now, on the 15th day, she's got this fever of 102 again. Is this something that happens during TB treatments? When can we expect the fever to go away?

A month ago, I had some pain on the left side of my chest and ended up doing a bunch of tests like ECG, Stress Echo, and a chest X-ray, but everything came back normal. I'm really puzzled and kind of worried. Why do you think I might be feeling this way?
