My wife has been dealing with shortness of breath for about 8 months, and it's getting really bad now. She can't even sit still for 5 minutes without a fan or some air. What could be causing this, and is it something that can be cured? We're trying to find a solution quickly, so I'd appreciate any advice.

View allI'm dealing with acute bronchitis pretty often. It usually kicks off with a sore throat and then escalates to bronchitis, complete with mucus buildup in my chest and all that. I typically skip medication and just let it run its course, which takes about a week or two. I'm really wondering if this could be harming my lungs, though. Should I be considering medication instead?

My father has been diagnosed with a massive pleural effusion on both sides. I'm really worried and would love some guidance on how to go about draining the fluid. Could you please let me know what steps we should take?

I'm just a bit worried about my dad. He was positive for covid19 on December 3rd but thankfully tested negative by the 20th. Even though he's active and not complaining much, we decided to do a HRCT chest scan to be cautious. The results showed subpleural ground glass opacities in his bilateral lower lung lobes with a CT Severity Score of 0625 and Corads 4. He's been taking B complex, Vitamin C, and Vit D 60k for the next 20 days. Should we consider any other medications for him? Just trying to ensure we're not overlooking anything important.
the above medicines are sufficient just to boost his immunity
