My wife has a hole in her eardrum but there's no fluid or discharge, just occasional severe pain. Can this be treated with medication alone? I really want to avoid surgery if possible, what options do we have?

Eardrum hole with pain but no discharge may heal with control of infections and patching;if perforation is large or chronic, tympanoplasty under local or general anesthesia is done at ₹30k–₹80k.

I've been struggling with a sore throat and difficulty swallowing for the last couple of days. It's also becoming hard to talk, and I've noticed a dry cough coming and going. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be worried about anything serious?
If you're experiencing severe swelling after an ant bite, seek medical attention immediately. In the meantime: 1. Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling. 2. Elevate the affected area. 3. Avoid scratching or rubbing. If you experience difficulty urinating, severe pain, or breathing issues, go to the emergency room.
