My wife keeps getting endometrial polyps that return every decade and it's affecting her ability to conceive. Are there any herbal remedies that could help with this or would she need surgery to address the issue?

I'm worried because I took Deviry 10mg, two tablets for 5 days from January 24th to 28th, and now it's been 11 days and I still haven't gotten my period. I have PCOD and my TSH level is 2.7. Could there be something wrong, or is there any reason it's taking so long?
