I recently got an eye checkup and found out I have 0.75 CYL in my prescription. I really don't want to wear glasses or contacts or go for surgery. The doctor recommended glasses, but I'm not keen on that. Are there any natural ways to improve my eyesight, like diet changes or simple eye exercises?
0.75 CYL may be managed with exercises and screen hygiene, but no proven natural cure—glasses or contact lenses are most effective.

My wife is 31 and has been wearing glasses for the past 10 years. She's considering FemtoLasik but I'm really worried about her safety. Is she a good candidate for this surgery and what are the real risks involved?
