My wife is undergoing her 3rd IUI cycle this month. The reason for going for IUI is my erectile dysfunction. Rest of her and my reports are normal. If the 3rd cycle also fails, can we go for the next IUI attempt after 3 to 4 months? Please advise. We do not want to go for IVF so early.

Since the cause for IUI is erectile dysfunction and all other reports are normal, you may wait 3 to 4 months before the next cycle. If it fails again, review semen analysis and hormonal tests to confirm all parameters are still favorable.
