My wife's been dealing with a really bad cough for over a week now. We tried giving her Clavam 625 and pyrigesic for three days, but it hasn't helped. She's still sneezing and coughing a lot. What should we do?

I'm really worried because someone I know has been a COVID patient since April 8th. We retested after 17 days, and its still positive. The CT scan shows a CORADS6 and a severity score of 6 out of 25, with findings like patchy areas of ground glass, septal thickening, and vascular issues suggesting viral pneumonia. I'm not sure what steps to take next or which medicines should be considered. Can you help?

I've just finished three months of the Anti TB treatment, and my AFB Stain and GeneXpert results have come back negative. Now I'm wondering, should I still go ahead with an AFB Culture or a TB Culture test? I'm just a bit anxious about the next steps here.

I've been dealing with asthma and recently had a chest infection for which I was prescribed prednisone and antibiotics. After finishing the course, I got a sinus infection and tried to manage it without antibiotics, but now I'm back on them. My oxygen levels are at 93, and I've been relying on Ventolin and Symbicort, even increasing the Symbicort when needed. The doctor mentioned there were no signs of issues in my lungs, but I'm still feeling light-headed and short of breath. Should I be worried about this?
