View allI need to get a medical fitness certificate for my driving license application, and I'm supposed to submit it at the RTO in Pune on the day of my appointment. Could you tell me how I should go about getting this certificate? Do I need to visit a specific clinic or doctor in Pune? Also, are there certain tests or checks that I should expect during this process? Just want to make sure I have everything ready and don't run into any surprises.

I'm feeling pretty worried about my platelet count, which is 4.94 lakhcumm. I've got a fever, runny nose, throat ache, body ache, and a headache too. Is this platelet count something I should be concerned about?
A platelet count of 4.94 lakhscumm is within the normal range, as typical platelet counts are between 1.5 to 4.5 lakhscumm. However, your symptoms of fever, runny nose, throat ache, body ache, and headache suggest a viral infection, which could be the cause of your discomfort. It is important to rest, hydrate, and consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and management.

I'm following an anti-rabies vaccination schedule with the intradermal route and my doses were on Days 0, 3, 7, and the last one on Day 28 which I'm supposed to get on 1st August 2021. I've already had 3 doses, but today a street dog scratched me with its nails, causing minor bleeding. There's no big wound, just a scratch. Should I take an extra dose of the vaccine? I'm not sure what to do and could really use your advice.
no one complete dose is enough
