My wife's HSG report shows issues with her tubes. If both hydroscopy and laparoscopy fail to open the tubes, does the doctor have to close them surgically before we can try IVF or can we go straight to IVF without another surgery? Just worried about what happens if these procedures don't work

I recently did a sugar test and my fasting level was 92, not sure if that's okay. After eating, it was 150. I have a family history of sugar problems, so should I be concerned about these numbers and think about seeing a doctor?

My mom's been dealing with Hypothyroidism, and we recently discovered that her Anti Thyroglobulin Antibodies are at 230, TSH is 25, and her Phosphorus and Calcium levels are high at 8 and 10.1. Her ECG results are also abnormal, showing T Wave issues, abnormal sinus rhythm, lateral ischemia, and possible left atrial enlargement. Given all of this, should we be worried about this being an emergency or needing angioplasty, especially since she's already got hypothyroidism and kidney problems?
