My younger brother is 12 years and 2 months old. His friend showed him a picture of a naked girl on a phone, and when he saw it, he suddenly had an orgasm and ejaculation without even touching his penis. This was his first time ever experiencing this, and he hasn't tried masturbating before. Is this a normal reaction?

Anal Secretions and Habitual Anal Fingering
The Slimy Substance
- Mucus: The slimy substance you're describing is likely mucus, a natural secretion produced by the anal glands.
- Normal presence: Mucus is normally present in the anus, helping to lubricate and protect the anal canal.
Anal Fingering and Mucus Secretion
- Stimulation of anal glands: Anal fingering can stimulate the anal glands, leading to increased mucus secretion.
- Temporary and harmless: The mucus secretion you're experiencing is temporary and harmless.
Health Concerns and Recommendations
- Risk of anal irritation: Frequent anal fingering can cause anal irritation, itching, or discomfort.
- Infection risk: Inserting fingers into the anus can introduce bacteria, potentially leading to infections.
- Stop the habit: It's essential to stop the habit of anal fingering to prevent potential health issues.
- Practice good hygiene: Maintain good anal hygiene by wiping correctly, avoiding harsh soaps, and wearing breathable clothing.
- Consult a doctor if concerns persist: If you experience persistent discomfort, pain, or bleeding, consult a doctor for guidance.
Overcoming the Habit
- Identify triggers: Recognize situations or emotions that trigger the urge to engage in anal fingering.
- Find alternative coping mechanisms: Replace the habit with healthier coping mechanisms, such as exercise, meditation, or creative activities.
- Seek professional help: Consider consulting a therapist or counselor to address underlying issues driving the habit.

I'm really worried about my kid. They had a fever, but the blood test came back normal, and the fever went away after using Fepanil 125, Relent, Deriphyllin, and Zynconiataximo 100 tab as advised by our pediatrician. My kid seemed to get better and started playing again, but now the fever is back. It's been a total of 8 days since the fever first started. We did a urine test, and it showed a bacterial infection now we're just waiting for the urine culture results. I'm stressed because I can't seem to find a good pediatrician in Ramamurthy Nagar, and it feels like something serious might be going on. I have twin girls, and thankfully, the other one is okay. Any advice or suggestions on what steps to take next?
