One side of my tonsil has an open pocket where food keeps getting stuck and forms yellowish tonsil stones. I have to remove them manually but there's no swelling. I don't want surgery are there any ayurvedic treatments to help close this pocket?

I've noticed a white patch on the back of my throat, kind of behind the tonsils. I'm a bit concerned if this is something normal or could it be a sign of some disease? Could you help me figure this out?
