One side of my tonsil has an open pocket where food keeps getting stuck and forms yellowish tonsil stones. I have to remove them manually but there's no swelling. I don't want surgery are there any ayurvedic treatments to help close this pocket?

While Ayurvedic practices can help manage tonsil stones and associated symptoms, they generally don't address the underlying structure of the tonsils, including the "pocket" you describe. Addressing a specific structural issue like a tonsil pocket might require more specialized medical interventions, and Ayurveda is not a substitute for conventional medical care in such cases.

I'm really worried because I've started having some breathing problems and mild asthma symptoms. Is it possible that the decongestants are making things worse, and what should I do about it?

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat lately. It's kind of uncomfortable and sometimes there's soreness and pain in both my throat and neck. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of throat irritation or inflammation. To help alleviate the discomfort, you can try using over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain relief. Additionally, you can use throat lozenges like Strepsils to soothe your throat. Gargling with warm salt water can also help reduce inflammation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.
