One year ago, my periods started getting delayed to 35 or 38 days, but not more than that. I consulted a gynecologist who advised me to get a scan. After reviewing the scan report, I was diagnosed with PCOD. I experience pain on the right side when my period comes. The doctor did not prescribe any medication but told me to reduce my weight. I weighed 88 kg before and now I am 74 kg. My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.

You have made good progress managing PCOD with weight loss, and having regular cycles is a positive sign. However, heavy flow, clots, and fatigue could point to a hormonal imbalance or another menstrual related issue. A obgyn check up and a few basic tests can help understand the cause and guide the right treatment.

View allI recently moved to a hilly region. For the past 4 days, I have developed large red rashes mostly on my limbs and some on my stomach. Initially red, some rashes developed pus, and after 2 days, some turned magenta, especially after wearing jeans all day. In my locality, there are many insects, including large mosquitoes. My blood test report shows: Hemoglobin: 14.7 Polymorphs (Poly): 72 Lymphocytes: 21 ESR: 10 Other parameters: Normal Please advise what might be causing these rashes and the next steps or treatment.

I have a slit in my uterus, and I can see two flaps of flesh coming out of it. The slit is now healing quickly. However, I have been having a continuous fever for the last three days. I visited a doctor who examined my blood report and said I have a bacterial infection.
