Before one year I had night fall which caused hurting or burning pain and after that I started getting urine symptoms. For one day I had burning while passing urine and change in urine flow. I drank a lot of water as advised, and urine burning stopped. But after a month, again, urine burning started, which stayed for some days and then went away. I get these symptoms for days, and then they come back again after a month. I have been facing this for one year. Four months ago, I had constipation, and at that time, I felt pain above the anus and hardness. Now I am getting burning while starting urine, but no burning after urine. While passing stool, urine burns, and it feels warm for around 10 to 15 minutes after pooping. Stool passes easily with no pain or burning, but some stool stays in. Is prostatitis causing this. Do I have prostatitis? I am very scared and stressed. My age is 21. I do not get any discharge from penis. My urine report shows acidic urine.

These symptoms may be mild prostatitis or pelvic tension. It is manageable. Drink fluids, avoid constipation, and consult a urologist for further advice. No need to worry.

Hi Doctor, my father has type 2 diabetes, and his blood sugar was 270 mg per dL. He is currently on medication for diabetes. Over the past month, he has been experiencing frequent urination at night along with a burning sensation. These symptoms have occurred 2 to 3 times and tend to go away while he is on antibiotics, but they return once the antibiotics are stopped. An ultrasound of the lower abdomen revealed grade I fatty liver, a right renal cyst (1.2 by 1.1 cm), and grade I prostate enlargement (1.6 by 1.5 cm). Doctors have suggested that his urinary symptoms might be related to his diabetes. However, I would like to know if this could be a recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI), whether diabetes is the main cause of his symptoms, and what the appropriate treatment should be. His renal function test (RFT) is normal. I am attaching the USG and urine reports for further evaluation.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been managing it accordingly. However, since November, I have noticed the presence of white bubbles or foam in my urine, especially in the morning. My urine report shows only 0 to 2 pus cells. I have no pain, and I do not have diabetes This issue has been bothering me, and I am unsure if it is something serious.
