For the past 30 days, I have been unable to taste or smell anything. Additionally, I am experiencing a strange, unpleasant taste that is the same for all types of food, whether spicy or not. I had a COVID 19 test, which came back negative, and I also underwent blood tests, which I have attached.

Loss of smell and taste for 30 plus days may occur after viral infections (COVID, other viruses). Sometimes it is part of post viral fatigue syndrome. Try zinc supplements, vitamin B12, and olfactory training (sniffing essential oils daily). If no improvement in 2 to 3 weeks, consult ENT.

For the past 20 days, I have been experiencing stiffness in the fingers of both hands when bending them, along with frequent popping or cracking sounds in my fingers, wrists, and shoulder joints. I have tested negative for Rheumatoid Arthritis. In my recent blood tests, my random blood sugar level was 155 (normal range is 70 to 140), and my Vitamin B12 serum level was 932 (normal range is 200 to 900). Additionally, my MCH and MCV levels are low, and my Mean Platelet Volume is higher than the normal range. I would like to know what these findings indicate about my health, and why my Vitamin B12 level is elevated. What could the test report suggest?

My mother is suffering from nerve pain in her legs. Sometimes, swelling occurs in both feet. She has been taking medicines for a long time, but they only provide temporary relief. We had her blood reports checked, and everything, including RFT, is normal. Her legs get stiff at night with a lot of pain.
