For the past 30 days, I have been unable to taste or smell anything. Additionally, I am experiencing a strange, unpleasant taste that is the same for all types of food, whether spicy or not. I had a COVID 19 test, which came back negative, and I also underwent blood tests, which I have attached.

Loss of smell and taste for 30 plus days may occur after viral infections (COVID, other viruses). Sometimes it is part of post viral fatigue syndrome. Try zinc supplements, vitamin B12, and olfactory training (sniffing essential oils daily). If no improvement in 2 to 3 weeks, consult ENT.

My blood report on 18th May showed SGPT at 153 and SGOT at 59. A follow up report on 18th June shows SGPT at 90 and SGOT at 55. I currently do not have any symptoms except mild burning and tingling sensations in my feet and legs. How long it usually takes for these liver enzyme levels to return to normal?

I recently received my Vitamin B12 test report, and the result is 113 pg per mL, which is quite low. I had this test done because I have been feeling low on energy for a long time.
