For the past week I've been feeling dizzy and exhausted with occasional chest pain and frequent dizziness spells. My pulse is around 53 and I'm concerned this might be due to bradycardia. How serious is this and are there ways to treat it without needing surgery?

According to the research available, most studies show that headache is not a symptom of high blood pressure unless a person is in hypertensive crisis. I'm currently undergoing treatment for tuberculosis, and I've noticed I have a heart murmur. I had an echo done, and everything seemed normal, but I'm experiencing high palpitations. Is it common to have a heart murmur while on TB medication? Should I be worried about the palpitations, or is this just a normal side effect?

I'm really worried about my husband. He's been having chest pain on the left side since the beginning of September. He quit smoking around that time, and now he's also experiencing tightness in his chest and suddenly started having acid reflux. The chest pain has gotten worse, and it's been sharp and in the upper part of his left chest for the last three days. Could you help me understand what might be going on?
