For the past week, I've been having this constant gas issue, and for the last three days, I've needed to go to the bathroom three times in the morning. The first two times are fine, but the last one is pretty loose. I'm not sure if this is just from gas or if it counts as loose motion. Could you let me know what might be going on and whether it's okay to take Vitazyme capsules for this?

View allI've been having this weird pulling sensation in my lower right abdomen and a dull ache just below my right breast, but it doesn't happen all the time. I haven't noticed any problems with my diet or bowel movements. About a month ago, I took some medicine for mild gastritis after talking to my doctor. Should I be concerned about these sensations, or could they be related to the gastritis or something else?
The pulling sensation in the lower right abdomen could be related to muscle strain or even issues with the appendix. The dull ache below the right breast could be due to musculoskeletal pain or even related to gastritis. Considering your history of mild gastritis, it would be advisable to continue with medications that help with gastritis such as Omeprazole (20mg) once daily before breakfast

I've been experiencing dark red bleeding when I go to the bathroom, but there's no pain, swelling, or itching. It's just the bleeding. What could this be? Should I be worried?
The presence of dark red blood during bowel movements, without pain, swelling, or itching, could indicate a hemorrhoid or a minor anal fissure. However, it's important to consult with a doctor for a proper examination and diagnosis to rule out other possible causes, such as diverticular disease or colorectal issues.

I'm a bit concerned because I've been taking rabeprazole and domperidone for a couple of months now, but I haven't really noticed a lot of relief. Lately, I've also started feeling this soreness at the back of my throat, like there's some food stuck or something, even though there's no pain or trouble swallowing. Is it possible that this could be related to H. Pylori, and is it known to be difficult to treat? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.
