For the past week, I've been having this constant gas issue, and for the last three days, I've needed to go to the bathroom three times in the morning. The first two times are fine, but the last one is pretty loose. I'm not sure if this is just from gas or if it counts as loose motion. Could you let me know what might be going on and whether it's okay to take Vitazyme capsules for this?

I've been having this weird fluttering feeling under my left rib cage and I'm not sure what it might be. On top of that, I've been constantly bloated for the past month no matter what I eat or if I don't eat at all. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm dealing with constipation every now and then too. Is there anything I can do to help with this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with digestive issues like bloating, constipation, or possibly even something like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). To ease the symptoms, try eating smaller meals, drinking plenty of water, and considering foods that are easier to digest. If it persists, its a good idea to consult with a doctor for further evaluation.

I just turned 17 and accidentally swallowed a jamun seed. I'm kinda freaking out about it. Do you think it's harmless, or could it be something dangerous for my health?

Don't worry, accidentally swallowing a plum seed (jamun) is generally harmless, as the seed's toxic compound, amygdalin, is released only when the seed is crushed or chewed, and the digestive system can pass the intact seed without issues; however, to be cautious, drink plenty of water and monitor your health for any unusual symptoms, and if you experience severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or diarrhea, seek medical attention.

I'm dealing with a viral fever that's been going on for around 12 days now, and I just did an LFT test which showed my SGPT and SGOT levels are really high, like 230. I'm worried if this is serious or something that I can get under control. How do I manage these elevated levels and get some relief as they've been rising every day? Can you guide me on what steps to take?

-Elevated SGPT and SGOT levels indicate liver stress, often caused by a viral infection. While it's concerning, with proper treatment and rest, it can usually be managed. Focus on staying hydrated, following your doctor's guidance, and avoiding alcohol or
