Please check my kidney function test report. Some values are slightly higher than the normal range. I also did a urine test afterward, which came normal, no pus cells and no albumin traces. I am attaching my blood report. What could be the reason for these higher values?

Mild elevation in kidney parameters with normal urine test suggests early CKD or dehydration. Monitor trends, hydration, and avoid nephrotoxic drugs.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a BLOOD UREA NITROGEN (BUN) Test or Take a ESTIMATED GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE (EGFR) WITH CREATININE Test

View allEight days ago, my urine output suddenly decreased to about 75 ml in a whole day. I consulted a nephrologist, and my report shows PRO (+1), BIL (+2), BLD (+1), with cortical echogenicity grade 1 on both kidneys. What does this mean, and what is happening with me?
