Please find attached my USG lab report and advise me about the future course of medical treatment. Kindly suggest whether I should go for gall bladder surgery or not.

If your USG shows gallstones with symptoms such as pain, indigestion, then surgery may be needed. If asymptomatic, you can wait and manage with diet changes.

Hi. I have just found my blood test report and noticed some abnormalities in liver and kidney tests. AST SGOT is 53 U per L, ALT SGPT is 71 U per L, GGTP is 84 U per L, and alkaline phosphatase ALP is 144. Please help me. Is this an issue? Do I need to visit a doctor for this?
