Please review my test report and let me know if there are any serious concerns. My liver function test (LFT) results are: SGPT (ALT): 69 U/L Direct Bilirubin: 0.31 mg/dL Total Protein: 8.3 g/dL Could you please advise what these values indicate and whether any follow up is needed?

Mildly elevated SGPT indicates liver inflammation, possibly due to recent illness or medication. No serious concern if asymptomatic. Monitor diet and liver function.

I am a non alcoholic and non smoker, but my recent blood report shows elevated SGPT, SGOT, and GGT, along with high cholesterol levels. My doctor has prescribed ROZAT 10 mg and EVION 400. Could you please advise on dietary measures to help reduce these liver enzymes and cholesterol? Are there specific foods or fruits that would be beneficial? I have attached my report for reference.
