Recently, my father was diagnosed with a tumour in his stomach, and the doctor performed laparoscopy to do a biopsy test. We received the results of the ascitic fluid cytology report, which says reactive mesothelial effusion and no malignant cells are seen. Can you please explain what this means? Does my father have cancer

This suggests a non cancerous fluid, possibly due to infection, inflammation or benign effusion. No cancer found in this sample.

View allI was suffering from stomach pain for the last two months, and after reports, a mass lesion of 22 mm was detected in the ascending colon. I underwent surgery last month and am feeling better, but my body has become very weak. My question is, will chemotherapy cure my cancer permanently? I am submitting my MSI test report here for your reference.
