The routine urine examination shows albumin trace and pus cells 100 to 125. The previous urine culture showed Klebsiella species. I have attached my urine culture and current urine routine test report. Please help.

This indicates a urinary tract infection (UTI). Klebsiella is a common pathogen. Start antibiotics based on culture sensitivity and take a Urine Culture & Sensitivity test to guide treatment.

What's the cause of pus cells increasing in urine?

My father is 67 years old and we have taken a urine test for him as he mentioned that the color of his urine has been yellow for quite some time. In the urine test report, it shows pus cells 25 to 30 per HPF, RBC 4 to 5 per HPF, and epithelial cells 4 to 6 per HPF. What does this mean? Can you please provide your guidance? Hi, I am 23 weeks pregnant, and my urine report shows pus cells 4 to 5/hpf and epithelial cells 8 to 10/hpf. Is this normal? Please suggest what I should do.
