The routine urine examination shows albumin trace and pus cells 100 to 125. The previous urine culture showed Klebsiella species. I have attached my urine culture and current urine routine test report. Please help.

This indicates a urinary tract infection (UTI). Klebsiella is a common pathogen. Start antibiotics based on culture sensitivity and take a Urine Culture & Sensitivity test to guide treatment.

My grandma had her routine blood checkup in which her urine report shows pus cells 15 to 20 per hpf. She does not have any complaints except occasional urinary incontinence for which she is taking Ayurvedic medicine. What does the presence of pus cells indicate?
