I have cylindrical power of 5.00 and spherical power of 4.00 in both eyes but my right eye struggles to read even with glasses for longsightedness my cornea thickness is 520 in both eyes and I'm 18 years old am I eligible for LASIK surgery

My uncle has to get cataract surgery for his left eye but his hemoglobin is just 5. Is it safe for him to have the surgery with such low hemoglobin?
Patient is advised cataract surgery only if the Hb level is atleast 10 gm/dl.Blood transfusion is advised and oral iron therapy advised .Once hb is 10 surgery is advised to the patient.
