She has been feeling weak recently. Today I went to the lab, and some of her test results are high. Her report shows SGOT (AST) 62 and SGPT (ALT) 53. She also says she has pain on the left side of her abdomen. What could be the reason for this problem?

Sir, I have stomach pain always. I have constipation problem for more than 10 years. I feel my stomach is always full and tight. When I urinate, it feels like more is excreting. Even after excreting, again after a minute, I feel mass is rolling out from my stomach and again it is trying to come out. But all excretion is not coming out easily. I use my hands for excretion.
