Sir, I recently did a urine test, which showed albumin (present +) and pus cells 3 to 4/HPF. Sometimes I have pain in my right lower ribs and back. What could be the reason?

Your urine report shows albumin (+) and few pus cells, which may indicate a mild urinary tract infection (UTI) or early kidney strain. Flank or lower rib pain may relate to this, especially if hydration is low or infection is present. Drink plenty of water, avoid excess salt, and maintain hygiene.
