Sir, I recently underwent a package of various tests, and my liver function test results show values outside the reference range. I do not observe any symptoms in my body, and I do not consume alcohol. Could you please guide me on what this might indicate and if I need any further evaluation?

Mild variations in liver function tests can happen even in healthy individuals. Since you have no symptoms and do not drink, it is likely not serious. However, it is wise to follow up with your doctor to review results and rule out fatty liver or underlying conditions. LFT and USG is advised.
