Sir, I'm a bit confused about something medical and I need your help. If I got results saying MTB is detected and it's sensitive to rifampicin and isoniazid, what exactly does that mean? I'm having trouble understanding and could really use some guidance.

View allI'm genuinely concerned about my aunt who's dealing with COPD and sleep apnea. Her sleep is really disrupted and her oxygen levels drop significantly during the night, hitting a low of 67 from her normal 92-94. We had a sleep study done and it showed issues like obstructive apneas, hypopneas, and hypoventilation, all causing serious drops in her oxygen levels and messing up her sleep. She stayed in sinus rhythm all night, which I'm not sure is a good or bad sign. She's also having trouble breathing in general and seems to be struggling with her weight. I'm pretty worried about her health and would really appreciate some guidance on what steps to take next.

I'm dealing with some post-COVID issues and could really use some advice. When I'm teaching or talking a lot, I get this strange pain in my trachea, from my throat to my chest, almost like chest pain, but my ECG was normal. I've had breathlessness too, especially when putting pressure on my voice during classes. My COVID test was positive back on April 23rd and then again on May 5th. I had an HRCT on May 9th which was 0, D-dimer was 490, and CRP was 3.95. Now I'm feeling weak, have a little bit of a dry cough, a sense of cold on the inside, and some gastric issues. What do you think could be going on, and how can I address these symptoms?

I'm having trouble breathing all day and it's making me really anxious. I've had issues with acid reflux and anxiety before, and I'm getting treatment for them, but yesterday my breathing got worse. I couldn't sleep all night because of it. I don't have a history of asthma or cold or chest pain, but I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen through my mouth and nose. It's super frustrating, and even yawning feels difficult. I did an echo and an ECG last month and both were normal. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
