Sir, I'm a bit confused about something medical and I need your help. If I got results saying MTB is detected and it's sensitive to rifampicin and isoniazid, what exactly does that mean? I'm having trouble understanding and could really use some guidance.

I recently had a baby through C-section and my overall condition feels weak. Could this cough be related to my surgery or recovery? What treatment would you recommend for someone in my situation?
