Sir, I'm a bit confused about something medical and I need your help. If I got results saying MTB is detected and it's sensitive to rifampicin and isoniazid, what exactly does that mean? I'm having trouble understanding and could really use some guidance.

I'm really worried about my grandfather. He just had a CT scan, and the doctors in our town said he has ILD. Given everything going on with the pandemic, we're struggling to get him to see a pulmonologist in a bigger city. He smoked once, worked at a cotton mill for two decades, and has been in agriculture and poultry farming. With all this, plus his age, I'm just wondering how much longer we can wait before seeing a specialist. Are there any temporary measures or remedies we can take at home to keep his ILD from getting worse until we can get that appointment? Would love any advice you can share.

I've tested positive for COVID and my chest X-ray AP view shows a mild elevation of the left hemidiaphragm. What does that mean for my health, and what should I do next? I'm really anxious about this and could use some guidance.

My dad and husband both tested positive for COVID and they had a fever last week. The fever's gone now, but they're both coughing now and then, especially when talking, laughing, and sometimes even when sleeping. They're not having any chest pain or breathing issues, so I'm wondering if steam inhalation would help? Also, are there any warning signs we should be on the lookout for?

Salbutamol syrup 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient. The signs include difficulty reathing, fever, loss of taste, chills, cough ,headache ,bluish discolouration of lips and face etc.
