Why do we feel dizzy after blood test?

My 7.5 year old son has been unwell for the past 15 days. He gets a fever every 6 to 8 hours. He is being treated with antibiotics, fever syrup, and multivitamins. We have done all the blood tests, and everything came back negative. What could be the reason for this persistent fever? What should we do next, as it has already been 15 days? Hi. I am suffering from heavy and prolonged periods after I missed my period last month. My pregnancy test report came negative. I got my periods after one month and it is heavy and almost 10 days now and not reducing. I have Tranexamic acid 500 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg tablets earlier given by my gynecologist with me. Can I take it to stop my periods? Can anyone please suggest the dosage for the same?
