Sir, my recent liver function tests show: SGPT: 300 SGOT: 600 GGT: 600 Bilirubin: 1.24 I am under treatment by a gastroenterologist, who says that heavy alcohol consumption on an empty stomach has caused the elevated liver enzymes. I want to quit alcohol and would like to know the risks associated with these high liver enzyme levels. What precautions should I take?

High liver enzymes due to alcohol. Quit alcohol now to prevent damage. Eat healthy, hydrate well. Seek care if jaundice/confusion occurs. Repeat LFT, Ultrasound after 1 month.

Hi Sir or Mam please review my report and I request you to let me know if I am having cirrhosis of the liver. Are my reports okay and what does it mean by diffusely coarse parenchymal echotexture and increase in parenchymal echogenicity? Thanks in advance.
