Sir please help me, my dad blood test report says 3.6 percent hemoglobin and plasma glucose 160. What is the disease? Where can I contact for best treatment?

Hb 3.6 percent is critically low and suggests severe anemia, which needs immediate hospitalization and likely blood transfusion. Plasma glucose of 160 may indicate diabetes. Visit a multispecialty hospital urgently for evaluation and treatment.
