If blood urea count is 136. Is it too dangerous?

As per my recent blood report, my serum creatinine is 1.7 mg/dL and eGFR is 43 percent. I do not have high blood pressure or diabetes and I am a non smoker. Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing high BP 130/92. As advised, I got KFT and LFT done. The reports are normal except for slightly high total protein in KFT and low urea levels. Should I also undergo an eGFR test at this stage?
