Sir this is Priya from Patna and I am 30 years old. I had a problem of urine protein leakage and therefore underwent a biopsy. Please see my report and tell me what the problem is.

Protein leakage in urine may be due to kidney inflammation or damage. A biopsy helps find the exact cause, like glomerulonephritis. Please share the exact biopsy findings for more clarity. Most cases can be managed well with medication and regular monitoring. It is important to get a kidney function test and a urine protein creatinine ratio done to assess current status. Please consult a nephrologist promptly with your biopsy report so appropriate treatment can be started early to protect kidney function.

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing high BP 130/92. As advised, I got KFT and LFT done. The reports are normal except for slightly high total protein in KFT and low urea levels. Should I also undergo an eGFR test at this stage?
