So I got my Widal test results back, and it says 'Negative' with no agglutination for S Typho O, S Typho H, and S Paratyphi AH. They did the test using the screening by slide agglutination method. Can you help me understand what this all means? Should I be worried about something?

Got COVID symptoms on May 9th and tested positive. Did another test 15 days later on May 24th, still positive. All symptoms are gone and I've finished taking all the medicine. What should I do next?
sometimes it might be residual effect, if you have symptoms then you can takeone more course of antibiotic
