So Ive been dealing with an itchy throat for a while now and tried a bunch of meds, but none of them seemed to help. My doctor suggested I get a Sr IGE test, which I did, and my levels came back at 373, but the normal range should be below 158. What exactly is IGE and does this mean I have allergies? Will medications help get my levels back to normal? And what kind of allergen could cause this? Would really love some guidance on what to do next.

View allI've been dealing with really high IGE levels, around 472, and the antihistamines I've tried only help a bit with my allergy symptoms, but they don't seem to get rid of them completely. I got an allergy test done and found out I'm allergic to dust mites, tomato, egg, fish, ginger, and a bunch of other things. I do my best to avoid these, but I've also got eczema on a few fingers, which started after using a rubber padded mouse too much. It's super stubborn and won't go away. Recently, I've noticed my eyes get really red and itchy, especially over the past couple of weeks, making it hard to see at night while driving. Do you think homeopathy might help with any of this?

I've been having a rough time in the mornings. As soon as I wake up, I start sneezing non-stop. It's really uncomfortable because my eyes get watery, and my nose starts running. Plus, after sneezing, I always end up with a headache. Could this be allergies or something more serious? What should I do to feel better?
You may be experiencing symptoms of allergic rhinitis. I recommend taking an antihistamine such as Zyrtec (cetirizine) 10mg once daily to help with the sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal discharge. Additionally, you can use a nasal corticosteroid spray like Flonase (fluticasone) 50mcg in each nostril once daily to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages. If you also have a headache, you can take a pain reliever such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg as needed for relief.

I'm dealing with a heavy cough and my doctor recommended I get an IgE test. My results showed an IgE level over 3000, but my doctor is on leave until next week. I'm really curious and a bit worriedwhat does an IgE level this high actually mean? Can someone help explain this to me?
Increased Ige levels are seen in allergic asthma, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, infection,TB,Cystic fibrosis etc.Normal levels in adults is 0-75KUL.
