So, I've been to see a chest specialist, and he thinks I have TB because I'm dealing with pleurisy. He hasn't done any reports but is giving me medicine for it. Is this normal? I also did a TB Gold test, and it came back positive with a gamma radiation level of 0.45. Does this mean I definitely have TB? I'm a bit worried and would love your input.

View allI've been through quite a journey with TB since 2016, dealing with extra pulmonary TB and after a year of treatment and some surgery for fluid drainage, I thought I was in the clear. In 2019, even though I had some lymph node swelling, the tests came back negative, and my doctor said I didn't need further medication. But now, with my fianc being diagnosed with pulmonary TB last December, I'm freaking out a bit. Given my history and the close contact, should I be concerned about getting TB again?
kindly take precautions, your immunity might be weak . you might get infected once again

I'm experiencing some shortness of breath, fever, and I just don't feel like eating much these days. I had an x-ray done and it says my bronchovascular markings are prominent. I'm a bit worried about what this could mean. Can you help me understand what's going on?
