So, I've been to see a chest specialist, and he thinks I have TB because I'm dealing with pleurisy. He hasn't done any reports but is giving me medicine for it. Is this normal? I also did a TB Gold test, and it came back positive with a gamma radiation level of 0.45. Does this mean I definitely have TB? I'm a bit worried and would love your input.

I'm really worried because my recent CT scan and X-ray showed I have bronchiectasis in my right upper lung. There's also something about my lower bowel that's concerning. That could be Pharyngitis or Bronchitis which is causing phlegm,do salt water gargling twice daily and consume warm food.
