So, my wife took 10mg of PrimolutN to delay her period, but then we had sex. I'm just really worried nowdoes that mess up how the pill works? Like, could her period just show up anyway, despite taking the tablet?

A cervical length of 3.5 cm at 39 weeks is actually considered good enough for a vaginal delivery. Ideally, a cervical length of 30-40 mm (or 3-4 cm) at 20 weeks is considered normal for a vaginal delivery. As for increasing cervical length, it's not something you can directly control. However, maintaining a healthy pregnancy through regular prenatal care, a balanced diet, and staying hydrated can support overall cervical health.

I've been having really bad menstrual cramps and backaches, and I feel so much body ache about a week before my period even starts. It's gotten to the point where I can hardly walk because of the pain, and for three days, I can't sleep or even eat properly. I end up taking Meftal Spas when it just gets too much to handle.
