Sometimes I suffer from morning diarrhea, which makes me want to use the toilet 3 to 4 times. This is eventually followed by weakness and tiredness. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it? I do not have anemia or thyroid problems.

Sudden urge to pass stools in the morning is common in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). If it is daily with weakness, do a Stool Calprotectin to rule out gut inflammation. Eat light, avoid fried foods, and manage stress.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Fecal Calprotectin Test Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test
