Sure, I've been feeling a bit concerned about my sex life recently. You see, I've been taking Lithium and Thyroid medication for years, and I'm wondering if my issues with ED and the anxiety that comes with it are linked to the meds or maybe something like low testosterone levels? I have bipolar disorder, and I'm generally quite active sexually, even though work and having a young child have put sex lower on the list. Both my spouse and I miss the frequency and intensity we used to have when we first got married, and it's becoming a point of tension. Any advice on how to improve things?

Is it possible to surgically bring the testes down into the scrotum? Also, can the uterus be removed without losing my testes or testosterone production?
