Is there any natural way to make my breasts bigger without taking medicine or getting surgery I've heard about exercises and foods but not sure if they really work

Massage your breasts at least once a day. This increases blood circulation, which leads to a smooth flow of hormones and increases breast size. What is the safest way to get bigger breasts? Doing exercises that strengthen the chest, back, and shoulder area is the best natural way to enhance the look of your breasts

View allI had my HSG test on the 6th of August, and thankfully, the results were normal. My gynecologist suggested that I try to conceive naturally this cycle, but if it doesn't happen, then we should consider doing a follicular study next cycle. I'm wondering if there's a good chance I could conceive this cycle. Right now, I'm on day 9, and in my previous ovulatory follicular study cycles, I've typically ovulated on day 12 or 13. So I'm a bit unsure about when my husband and I should try. Would meeting on day 11, 12, or 13 be ideal?
Day 10 to 15 of your cycle would help in your concern

I experienced a mild pain during sex with my boyfriend two nights ago and initially thought it was just due to deep penetration. However, right after, I started feeling this severe, sharp pain in my lower abdomen and rectum so intense I could barely stand or walk. I've been having a hard time peeing and passing gas, felt extremely bloated, even vomited, and also had the urge to poop. Could this be something serious or is it a normal reaction? What should I do?
That's usually normal after first intercourse no need to worry that will subside on its own, maintain personal hygiene and take proper rest

I had an ultrasound yesterday that showed a right ovarian mass measuring 43.5x20.7mm with two hemorrhagic cysts (15.0x12.0mm and 9.2x8.9mm) and no dominant follicle. The left ovary is normal. I'm really worried do I need surgery to remove the cysts or can they be treated with medication?
It's understandable to be worried about the findings from your ultrasound. Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts are usually benign, but some may need treatment, including surgery. The size and any associated symptoms will help determine the best course of action.
