I am 25 years old and have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for many years. My ejaculation time is 30 to 45 seconds. My semen is very thin, and the ejaculate count is very low. Due to this issue, both my legs are weak, and I have pain in my back and legs. My body feels very weak. I have also been masturbating for around 12 years.
