Is there any way to fix a deviated septum without surgery? My breathing is really bad through one nostril and I'm wondering if exercises or massages could help

While exercises or massage can't correct a deviated septum, they may help manage symptoms like nasal congestion and make breathing easier. Surgery (septoplasty) is the only definitive treatment for a deviated septum

View allI've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

So, I'm really worried about my cousin who's been dealing with mouth ulcers a lot. My family's regular doctor mentioned maybe seeing an ENT specialist, but I'm not quite sure if that's the right path. She's tried dietary supplements and a bunch of other stuff, but nothing seems to help. Now the ulcers just won't go away. Who do you think would be the right specialist for this?
You can visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment.

I've been having some pain on the right side of my neck whenever I yawn or chew, and I've heard it might be related to a cold, but that doesn't really make sense to me. Any idea what could be causing this and what I should do about it?
While yawning or chewing, pain on the right side of the neck could be due to muscle strain or inflammation. To help alleviate the pain, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen (e.g. Advil) at a dosage of 400mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. Additionally, applying a warm compress to the affected area and gently massaging the neck muscles may also provide some relief. If the pain persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
