There is pain in my body, joint pain, and severe weakness. The weakness is more after sleeping. My ESR is raised, but all other tests are normal. My urine report is abnormal. All other tests like RA, anti CCP, vitamin D, vitamin B12, sugar, and thyroid are normal except ESR and urine.

Raised ESR and abnormal urine could indicate ongoing inflammation or mild infection. Joint pain and fatigue may point to early autoimmune or UTI. Please do the required urine culture and ANA profile.
