There's this recurring swelling under my jaw, on the left side, that's been really worrying me. It seems to get hard and painful as it grows. Whenever I take antibiotics, the swelling decreases but never fully goes away, and it pops back up, especially after I eat non-veg food. Could this be something serious? What should I do about it?

I've been dealing with this cough for 23 days now, and it's getting really frustrating. I'm coughing up this greenish-yellow mucus, and every single time I cough, I can't breathe and start gagging. On top of that, my nose is super congested, my tonsils are all inflamed, and I've got this really terrible ear pain. What could be going on here? What is sinus and what happens when someone has it? I keep getting colds from going out in cold air or sitting under AC could this be sinus? If I get sinus surgery, will it completely go away? Does that mean I won't catch colds as easily from cold air or AC, or will I still get them like a normal person?
