Today I have done my TSH test and my report is TSH 3rd generation 1.33. So please tell me can I continue the medicine or not? Earlier I was taking 100 mg. So please suggest what I should do? Thank you in advance.

A TSH value of 1.33 is normal, meaning your thyroid dose is appropriate. Continue taking 100 mcg thyroxine daily as advised. Retest TSH every 3 to 6 months or sooner if symptoms appear. Do not change the dose without consulting your doctor.

I have been having thyroid problems for more than two years and that is why I am facing so much pain in my arms and legs. This pain has been going on for more than two years. My blood report is attached. There is a rise in TSH and triglycerides are 230. There is also a lack of iron and vitamin D. I am taking blood pressure and blood thinner medicines. Kindly suggest what should be done?
