Two days ago I got my kidney and liver test report. The main problem areas in the report are blood urea 59.0, serum creatinine 1.9, serum uric acid 6.7, blood urea nitrogen 27.57, globulin 3.47, and alkaline phosphatase 298.3. Please suggest something?

Elevated kidney parameters suggest renal strain, high ALP may indicate liver/bone issues. Limit protein/salt, hydrate well. Consult a nephrologist for kidney evaluation.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test or Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test

I have been experiencing pain on both sides of my abdomen, near the kidneys and ribcage. My physician advised an ultrasound, and the report indicates a left renal calculus and bilateral renal pelvis dilation, suggesting UTI or cystitis. Other organs like kidney, liver, and bladder appear normal. What should be my next step? Should I consult a kidney specialist or continue with a general physician?
