Two days back I had frequent urination every half an hour. After taking metronidazole for 2 days it is improving but earlier I had some bladder pain with inflammation. My urine test report is normal but I did not do a urine culture test. Inside my penis there is a burning sensation. Is any problem occurring?

Burning and frequent urination can suggest urethritis or prostatitis, even with a normal urine report. Since it improved with metronidazole, the infection is likely. However, a urine culture is essential to rule out resistant infection.
