Is urine culture and sensitivity test report helpful for future to use antibiotics? There is an antibiotics list given in the report. Should we use only these antibiotics for UTI in future?

Urine culture with sensitivity helps choose the right antibiotic for a current UTI. However, bacteria and resistance patterns may change, so do not reuse the same antibiotics without a new test if symptoms return. Use antibiotics only when prescribed.

I suffer from frequent urination, so I do not drink much water. Sometimes my lower right back hurts, especially when I bend. However, when I drink plenty of water, the pain slowly goes away. My urine report shows turbid transparency and light yellow color, specific gravity 1.030, WBC 6 to 8/HPF, calcium oxalate crystals (+), and epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF. Chemical examination is normal. RBC, casts, pH level, and pus cells are normal. Can you please diagnose and give suggestions?
